Laterndl Clocks

"Laterndluhr", antique clocks, wall clocks, Viennese regulators

Our main passion are Viennese Biedermeier clocks (regulators) including "Dachlclocks", with durations from one week to one year, longcase clocks and "Laterndluhrs" of fine quality with month, six month and year durations. We also offer spring and weight driven mantel clocks, some with one week movements and carriage clocks from the 18th and early 19th century in the Empire and Biedermeier styles as well as several other clocks with highly sophisticated movements. We have a sensitive approach to restoration - the clock cases are left in their original condition and lightly polished whilst the movements will be professionally cleaned to a working order. This careful work is carried out by highly skilled, professional restorers, who have worked with antiques for many years, many within international museums.
If you look for a type of clock you cannot find in our offer, please contact us, as only a part of our storage is online. We are pleased to get in contact with you.
